They said "Surprise" free gift. Then the gift turned out to be usage of their app, but they wanted Credit Card info. If you are going to gift something and message like that don't take Credit Card info. Also it looks like this app is taking the PDF and then they bait and switch with all the registration. I understand you need money to survive, but being more upfront about it is appreciated.

After providing information on the services in different packages on your website without specifying the prices, and offering a 14-day free trial option in the 'Professional' package, how can your company attempt to charge customers, without any notification or confirmation, an amount like 10,389 TL (342 dollars) from their payment or credit card account, in order to prevent misuse of your company and the related campaign - without any communication or information? Are you a company that acts in accordance with laws, ethics, and moral values, or are you an entity attempting to gain unjust profits by providing incomplete and incorrect information to people, engaging in unethical and unlawful practices?

I have the Pro, and I find it useful. There are some bugs and annoyances here and there, but I've found it better than lots of other alternatives. Often times, the chat bot will respond with LaTeX, which is great, but the extension does not render it at all. Proper LaTeX rendering support would be a great addition.

Intro plan is thin. Not a free extension. But when you upgrade, the features are impressive and very intuitive. Worth the money. Hoping for continual upgrades and improvements.

Bait and switch. Makes you go through an entire install and series on moronic questions just to tell you that the pro accounts can upload files. What a waste of 10 minutes of my life. BYE LINER
